Executive Chef Mei Nakamura grew up between Tokyo, Seoul, and Manila — eating street food at 6am and Michelin-starred tasting menus at midnight. HANABI is the restaurant she always wanted to eat at but never found: bold Pan-Asian cooking without the pretension, in a room that feels like an old friend's house.
